not to worry, i'm still alive.

pole erilist mahti olnud, et kirjutada, nii et vabandan.

aga juhtunud on nii mõndagi, proovin kiirelt teha, sest tahan magama minna. ;)

sain oma kooliülesannetega valmis, loodan, et saan normaalsed hinded. samas, ei tunne ma end eriti kindlalt. 4 kirjalikku asja 10 päeva jooksul pole just normaalne ja tunnen, et ei suutnud korralikult keskenduda. aga eks näeb.

uus semester hakkas ka, nüüd 6-ndal veebruaril. ja see on mu viimane semester! pärase seda olen lõpetanud! esimene aine on corporate communications, teine current issues in PR (see on ka mu lõpuprojekt), kolmas youth culture & the media ja viimane news & journalism. kõik tunduvad huvitavad ja head!

tegin ka vahepeal siin ühe praktika värgi sellise organisatsiooni heaks nagu Laureus. londonis peeti iga-aastast spordiauhindade jagamist ja sain sellest osa võtta. töötasin meedia osakonnas. valmistasin ajakirjanikele pressipakke jne. hästi vahva oli, sain huvitavate inimestega tuttavaks ja õppisin nii palju! nägin ka sportlasi! ;) kogu värk oli westminsteris, nii et sellest ka see ilus pilt westminster abbey'st.

ja ükspäev saime lõunasöögil magustoiduks siuksed VÄRSKED puuviljad. natuke koort ka peale. ;)

ilmad hakkavad ilusamaks ja soojemaks muutuma! saan varsti oma tomatid potti istutada!

i haven't really had the willingness to write anything, so sorry about that.

but a lot has happened, i'll try to write quick cause i wanna go to sleep. ;)

i finished all my uni assignments, i hope i get ''okay'' grades. on the other hand, i don't feel very secure about my writings. 4 assignments in 10 days isn't really normal and i feel that i didn't have a chance to focus properly. we'll see how it goes..

the new semester started as well, on the 6-th of feb. and it is ly last semester! after this i'll be done with uni! my first module is corporate communications, then current issues in PR (also my final project), the third one is youth culture & the media and the last one is news & journalism. all of them seem really interesting!

i had a chance to do a work placement for a sports organisation, Laureus. they held their annual awards ceremony here in london and i got to be a part of it. i worked in the media production centre. i prepare press kits for journalists etc. it was great, i met a lot of interesting people  and learned a lot! saw a few athletes as well! ;) the whole thing took place in westminster, so that's why the picture of westminster abbey. the next one are the lovely fruits that were served during lunch for dessert one day. yum!

oh! and i'm gonna plant my tomatoes soon!

university doesn't kill me, it makes me stronger.

koolis on nii palju teha. aga nagu pealkirjast tunda, see ei tapa mind, vaid teeb mind tugevamaks.

esimene ülesanne oli vaja esmaspäeval, 16-ndal ära anda. pr strategy, 3000 sõna. kas ma alustasin õigel ajal? ei, sest muidugi on vaja viimasel hetkel kõige tähtsamat projekti alustada.  rumal mina. ma ei taha vabandusi luua, aga ma olin haige, sest meil pole sooja vett ega kütet olnud viimassed kaks nädalat!!
sain oma kirjutise viimasel hetkel ära anda, aga ma tunnen, et see oli ikka lohakas töö küll. :(

järgmise kümne päeva jooksul on mul 3 asja vaja ära anda. alustasin juba oma järgmise ülesandega, creativity moodul. see pole eriliselt suur, aga väga loominguline. pean oma sisemise hipi välja tooma. ma tahan oma jutu värvilisele paberile välja printida ja ilusasti ära köita.

lisaks sellele on mul siis veel analysing popular music essee, ja globalisation and the mass media essee. oh, ma loodan, et saan hakkama, sest mulle ei meeldi esseesid kirjutada. :/

there's so much to do at school. but as you can see from the heading, it's not gonna kill me, just makes me stronger.

the first assignment was due on monday the 16-th. pr strategy, 3,000 words. did i start at the right time? no, because of coursei have to start on the most important project on the last minute. silly me. i don't want to make any excuses, but mind you, i was ill, because we haven't had any hot water or heating for the past two weeks!! 

i managed to hand in my assignment, but i do feel that it was sloppy work that i did. :(

over the next 10 days, i've got 3 other assignments to hand in. i've already started on the next one for my creativity module. it's not that big of a deal in terms of writing, but i have to get the inner hippie in me out and be all creative with the layout. i'd like to print my writings on coloured paper and bind it all nicely.

in addition to that, i've got my analysing popular music and globalisation and the mass media essays to write. oh, i hope i do well, cause i really don't like writing them. :/

jah, sain jõuluks koju ning sõin suurtes kogustes toitu umbes 5 päeva järjest! suured jõulupraed ja head piparkoogid! nämm! :)

ma oleks peaaegu lennukist maha jäänud, sest see lennujaama transfeeeeeerbusss jäi hiljaks. kui lennukasse jõudsin, siis oli noh..tallinn - FINAL CALL!! oi, kuidas ma jooksin! olin alyonaga ühe lennuki peal, jutustasime terve tee, mis oli hea alternatiiv ''magamisele'', mida eriti hästi lennukis praktiseerida ei saa. heh. tallinna ilm oli samasugune nagu londonis, lund polnud ja oli soe. nojah. sain heade inimestega kokku, ostsin endale lahedad cheap monday teksased ka! selliseid londonist ei lea..veel..

tore oli kõiki jälle näha, aga samas oli ka hea tagasi londonisse tulla. jõudsin 26-ndal tagasi ja olin 27-31 dets iga päev tööl, PLUSS 1.jaanuar! hehe.

vana aasta õhtul läksin marvsiga ühele penthouse peole, kus ta plaate keerutas. rikkad prantsuse pankurid ja ''glämm'' pidi vist siuke suur teema olema lisaks siberi talve teemale, aga ma tüesti ei arva, et see nii oli. vabandust, aga suurem osa inimestest olid ülbed ja nii ebaviisakad. oleks peaaegu ühele tsikile kannaga pähe pannud, sest ta ei jätnud marvinit rahule. aga noh, oma meest peab hoidma. marvini arvates oli see khuul.

hehe. nojah. saime kell 7.30 hommikul koju, sain 3 tundi magada ja siis pidin tööle minema. tulin kella 18 paiku õhtul koju, magasin mõned tunnid ja läksin jälle välja, et marvinit kuulama minna. ta mängis the rhythm factory's, jimpster'i ja milton jackson'iga! ma olin ta üle nii õnnelik! ;)

yes, i went home to estonia for christmas and ate loads and loads of good food including roasts and gingergreads! yum! :)

i would have almost missed my flight,. because the transfer bus to the airport was late. i got to the airport and the departures screen said tallinn - FINAL CALL! oh, how i ran! i was on the same flight with alyona and chatted the whole flight, which is a good alternative then trying to practice ''sleeping'' in the airplane. heh. the weather in tallinn was the same as in london, no snow and really warm. i met up with some good people, i bought some cool cheap monday jeans as well! you don't find those in london..yet..

it was really nice to see everyone, but on the other hand it was good to come back to london. i got back on the 26-th and worked every day from the 27-31 of dec, PLUS the 1-st of january!

i went to a penthouse party on new year's eve with marvin, he was playing. rich french bankers and ''glam'' was supposed to be the whole theme to the party alongside the siberian winter theme, but i really didn't think so. sorry, but the people were really rude and arrgant. i almost wanted to kick a girl in the head, because she didn't leave marvin alone. oh well, you gotta hold your man by your side! marvin thought it was really cool of me. hehe,. well, we reached home at 7.30 in the morning, i got 3 hours of sleep and went to work, got home around 6 pm, got some more sleep and went out again in the evening. marvin was playing in the rhythm factory alongside jimpster and milton jackson. i was so happy for him! ;)
